地方徳島県の事故の被害者ですが損保ジャパンに訪問した時(そもそも不具合を見せに行くなんてありえない)に男性社員青野さんの初対面は担当女Aからの紹介無し、青野さんの自己紹介はボソボソ歩きながら何言ってるからわからない(そもそも自己紹介?ならありえない)対応でした。 青野さんは修理箇所のトランク確認した時に開閉不具合があっても「チリがあっているから正常」と言いい、担当女Aからは修理工場からの写真のみを見て「確認させていただきましたが、正常な閉まりになっております。」っと回答する始末。後日、青野さんは開閉不具合は「当社で判断するものではございません。」の回答を当たり前の様に回答してます。 損保ジャパンの経営理念とはかけ離れました。モラルも常識も無かったです。 車担当からの電話連絡は事故後45日後(よそに間違い電話3回)、車納車2ヶ月超えでした。

事故に遭い加害者側の保険会社がこちらでした。担当も加害者なんだと思わせる冷酷な対応で説明が適当なうえ脅しととれるようなことも言われ終始雑な扱いを受けました。怪我をしたうえ精神的にも痛め付けられる最悪な対応でした。

駐車場がわかりづらい。中の駐車場は、結構狭い、入口の案内がないためうろうろしてしまった。ドアから出てきた人に聞いてわかった。事務所は、2階、階段 足が悪い人は、無理。応対は女性ですぐ受付してくれしばらくして終わった。 出る時は、交通量も多く車道に出るまで歩行者自転車もいるので厳重注意。

1月に車同士の事故があり相手方の保険会社が損保ジャパンでした。当初は相手9、私1という話で如何でしょうの電話はありましたが、3週間経ちますが未だに過失割合や修理査定額がはっきりしません。全然損保ジャパンが動かないので修理工場や私の保険会社と連携して話を進めています。こちらも車が無いと困るので早く数字を出して欲しいものです。絶対損保ジャパンには保険入りたくないですね。対応悪いし遅すぎる。相手方の事を考えない保険会社です。
