先日、保険の請求で書類やお電話でやり取りせていただきました。
基本的に自己状況に疑いを持たれて、プライバシーの配慮もなく詳細について質問されたあげく
一方的に近いかたちで請求内容を棄却されてしましました。
他の会社などで請求の手続きをさせていただいた経験がありますが
このようことは初めて、外資の会社だと方法がこんなにも違うのかと、ある意味関心した次第です。
対人間のやりとりなので、こちらの立場にもうすこし寄り添って、ご対応いただけたらと思いました。
とても残念な気分で、事故後に辛い思いをしているのに更に悲しくなりました。

The other day, I exchanged documents and telephones for insurance claims.
Basically, I was skeptical about my situation and asked about the details without considering privacy.
The bill was rejected in a one-sided manner.
I have experience in billing procedures at other companies, etc.
For the first time, I was wondering if the method would be so different for a foreign-affiliated company.
Since it is an exchange with humans, I would like to be able to respond a little closer to this position.
I felt very disappointed, and even though I had a hard time after the accident, I became even more sad.
