緊急事態宣言でお店でのお酒が提供出来無いとの事で、急遽テイクアウトに変更しました。やっぱりお酒呑みながら鰻食べたいですよね(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) 今回はちょっと贅沢にサンドのテイクアウトにしてみました、期待通り身はフワフワでボリューム満点 とても満足しました、残念なのは平日11:30来店にも関わらず肝焼きが終わったとの事、次回は開店時刻に狙わないとね٩( ᐛ )و

お店は、店主自ら描いたとてもポップなポスターがたくさん貼ってあります。 うなぎは焼きが浅い時もあるけど、臭みもなく、パリっとしていて美味しいです。 タレがアッサリしていて、コクが薄い様にかんじますが、美味しいです。 他の方も言われる様に味噌汁のあさりの出汁感はあまりないですが、よく言えばあさりがたくさん入った家庭の味噌汁です。 あと、このご時世に店主がチェーンスモークしているので、タバコを気にされる方は遠慮した方が無難かと思います。

先日の土曜日、妻と上うな重+肝焼きをいただきました! ? 全体的に大満足でした? ご検討中の方々のためにいくつか感想を書かせていただきます? ・第一印象:入店時手指の消毒と検温を実施するなど感染症対策バッチリ。室内は広めで開放感があり快適。開店時間ほぼ直後の朝11時10分頃入店したが既に多くの客がいて、11時半頃にはほぼ満席。早めの来店を推奨。 室内喫煙可なので愛煙家には嬉しい。 ・接客等: 接客自体は普通で、忙しいせいか、ちゃんと伝えないと途中で店員さんがどんどん他のテブールへ行ってしまう 笑 料理が出るまでの時間長め。早くても30分はかかる感じ。時間の余裕をもって行きたい。 ・味: うな重も肝焼きも鮮度が良く味がとても濃厚で夢中になって食した… 今まで自分が食べたうな重の中ではトップレベルじゃないだろうか? 次はぜひ特上うな重も食べてみたい。 肝焼きは数に限りがあり追加注文は叶わなかったので、お好きな方は多めに注文した方がよさそう。 ・総評: やや忙しそうな接客やキャッシュレス 未対応の支払いなど少し惜しいところはなくもないが、お爺さんお婆さんが誠意を込めて焼いてくれるうなぎの味と、老舗のローカルで人間味溢れる雰囲気が全部相殺してくれる! 今度うなぎを食べる時はまずここに行きたい ?
