ま	まる十刺客 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一戸建て購入後、15年後の無料内装リフォームが出来るというのて楽しみにしてましたが、 15年後の今年、いつまでたっても案内状が届かないので電話したところお宅の家は無料リフォームは出来ないと言われた。理由を聞くと、「規約書に出来ない場合がありますと書いてあります」といわれた。実際の規約書を見てみると確かに出来ない場合かありますとは書いてあるんですが、「出来ない場合」の内容が全く記載されておらず、説明を求めると「他の業者に外壁工事をさせたため」・・と訳のわからない返答が・・。内装リフォームとは全く関係のない「外壁工事を他の業者にさせた場合」など一切記載されていません。創建の営業に、「規約書を読んだだけでお客様にその判断が出来ますか」と聞くと・・その後は黙り作戦その挙げ句、「とにかくうちでわ無料リフォームは出来ないので」と強引な言葉で押しきられた。最後の言葉を聞かされたときは、「ああ～最初から強引にでも断れそうな客には断って押しきるつもりだったんだな」と思わざるを得ません。 15年目にして、訳のわからない規約書で騙された気持ちでいっぱいです。「こんな業者だったとは・・悔しすぎます」 I was looking forward to being able to make free interior renovations after 15 years after buying a single-family house, After 15 years, this year, I did not receive a notice for a long time, so when I called, I was told that my home's house would not be free to reform. m	m i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いやぁ〜マジでビビったw こんな会社あるんやなぁと。築40年の戸建てのリフォームを相談したいとホームページの問い合わせから送ったら、電話がかかってきて、めちゃくちゃめんどくさそうに、建て替えと同じくらいの金額になりますよ、見に行っても意味ない、ウチも忙しんでやるかどうか社内で検討して連絡しますわ。いらんわw 大きい会社やと思ったけど、1人親方の工務店かな？w 言うて1500万から2000万の仕事をこの感じで断るんやから豪気っちゃ豪気やねw 他のどこの会社もしっかり現地調査していい見積もり出してくれたわw この会社がこの対応で良かったw 高い買い物やからね。ちなみにこっちにも非があったんじゃ・・・と思われるかも知れないけど、電話かかってきた瞬間からこの感じやからねw こっちはほとんど会話する間もなく電話切った感じなので。 No ~ I was really scared w I wonder if there is such a company.
