以前住んでいた賃貸が中央住宅の賃貸部門が管理していた関係から、第一エネルギーのガスを使っていました。
ガスを利用するのは給湯器のみでこれは屋外に設置、コンロは電気の賃貸にも関わらず設置されていない室内ガス漏れ警報器のリース料金を取る。電話で指摘するが全く聞き入れないで、終いにはガスメーターに付いている警報器の料金だといい加減なことを言う。返金には一切応じませんでした。
こちらのガスを使用している場合、明細をよく確認する必要があります。

I used the gas of the first energy because the rent I used to live in was managed by the leasing department of the central housing.
Only the water heater uses gas, which is installed outdoors, and the stove charges a lease fee for an indoor gas leak alarm that is not installed despite the rental of electricity. I point out on the phone, but I don't listen at all, and at the end I say that it's a sloppy charge for the alarm attached to the gas meter. We did not accept any refunds.
