While I was quarantining at Nikko Hotel near Kansai airport, I was given obento boxes from this company for every meal. After only two days I could barely eat two bites of my meal because it tasted completely artificial and made from the cheapest ingredients. Every component of the obento was low calorie including the salad, which was just crispy water with salad dressing that tasted like Elmer’s glue. I cannot believe such low quality food can be considered edible. I don’t know which airline offers Royal In Flight Catering, but I truly hope no one else has to endure this tasteless glob.
