岡	岡山しげさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から雑誌で見て気になっていました。ようやく来ることが出来ました。 NPO総社商店街筋の古民家を活用する会がこの建物を活用して、オーナーが日替わりでお店を出しています。今日は月曜日で『奏』さんの日。お客さんに家庭料理を食べてもらおうと言うコンセプトで地域の赤米、たま豆腐など珍しい食材も頂けました。曜日により、洋食やパン、麺の日もあるようです。みなさん、何が出るか楽しみにしてお出かけしてみてはいかがですか? 2	25時の天国裸足めぐり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水曜日のCOPANさん（2019年４月～）のランチを食べました。オーナーさんが手づくりパン教室を開いている方というだけあって、主食はパンです。『天然酵母のミルクハース』は、とっても柔らか。そして静かな甘味があり、主菜・副菜のやさしい味とよく合います。（私のスマホ写真ではパンの柔らかさが出てなくて、ホントごめんなさい！）主菜・副菜は「やさしい味」と書いたけれど、たんに優々しいというだけでなく、主菜『鶏肉のハーブ煮込み』は繊細な食感でいてきっちり張りのある味でしたし、副菜とスープもそれぞれにアクセントがあり、かつ他の品目を邪魔しない親和性を保っているので、全体の味の調和がものすごく良かったです。したがって、「副菜の多さ」が魅力に直結しています。（世の中には、たくさん付けときゃ文句ないだろ？的なランチがあるけれど、ここは違います）・・・こと『煮干し（のエスカベッシュ）』がこんなにパンに合うとは！・・・嬉しい驚きでした。季節感のあるデザート（桜の豆乳パンナコッタ）も、上品な甘さと滑らかな食感で美味でした。－－－－また食べに行きたいし、他の曜日のお店にも行ってみたくなった場所でした。 ※曜日ごとにオーナーさんが異なるので、予約や問い合わせの電話も異なります。各お店の電話番号は、リンク先のホームページから調べることが出来ます。 We had lunch for Mr. COPAN (April 2019) on Wednesday.
