北区東十条駅南口にある菓子草月のどら焼きを頂きました。
当店のどら焼き『黒松』は人口着色料・保存料は一切使用されていないので、夏場は2～3日、冬場は3～5日を目安に召し上がるよう案内されています。
創業は1930年とのことで、以来丁寧な菓子作りをモットーに一店主義で品質を保ってるとのこと。
しっとりとしたどら焼きの皮と餡が絶妙に調和し、皮の黒糖とハチミツのバランスとふわふわ感が堪らない食感で最高に美味でした。
病みつきになりそうです。

I had a confectionery Sogetsu Dorayaki at the south exit of Higashijujo Station in Kita-ku.
Our Dorayaki "Kuromatsu" does not contain any artificial coloring or preservatives, so it is recommended that you eat it in 2-3 days in the summer and 3-5 days in the winter.
It was founded in 1930, and since then it has maintained its quality with a one-store principle with the motto of polite confectionery making.
The moist dorayaki skin and bean paste are in perfect harmony, and the balance between brown sugar and honey on the skin and the fluffy texture are unbearable and the taste is the best.
I'm going to be addicted to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my best recommandation about sweets in Tokyo ! This shop sells one of the best DORAYAKI in Tokyo called KUROMATSU! 黒松。It is in the top 3 best DORAYAKI shop in town! This is my favorite one. DORAYAKI are creamy dough filled with bean cream which taste more like chocolate than beans. Take care, the shop is regularly full and you have to well choose your time to don’t wait. During the week, at 10:00, opening time, you can queue more than 30 minutes ! Even it is not easy to find, this is a must if you visit Tokyo, live in Tokyo or need the best gift from Tokyo to offer. Many excellent restaurants are close to the shop, 15 min from Oji and close to Higashi-Jujo. Difficult to park your bike, take care! I definitely recommend those Dorayaki.
