２０２０年の時点で築年数は１３年くらいだと思う。
出来た当初は特に問題もなく、白く美しい高級分譲マンションだった。
なので東十条も徐々に高層マンションが増えてきたなーと言った感じだった。
問題が起き始めたのは２０１１年くらいからだろうか？
このマンションの真ん前にダークカラーのマンションが建ったくらいだ。
それによりこのマンションの日あたりは激烈に悪くなった。
それに呼応したように、飛び降りが立て続けに起きた。
しまいにはマンションの住人の恋人が飛び降りるといった事まで起きたのだ。
立て続けの自殺？事故？によりマンションの名前が変わった。
そして反社会の人達が住むようになった。
今でもお高めな家賃設定ではあるが、あなたにとって本当に価値を感じる価格だろうか？
住む前に今一度考えてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家賃設定の割に設備がしょぼい。
トイレがすぐ詰まる。
光回線導入と言っているが部屋まで光回線がきているわけではないので、実際のネットは物凄く遅い(登りも下り10mb出れば調子いい方）
Equipment is poor for the rent setting.
The toilet gets clogged soon.
Although it is said that an optical line is introduced, the actual net is extremely slow because the optical line does not reach the room (the one who is in good condition if climbing and descending 10 mb)
