The buckwheat made with buckwheat flour from Hananoi, Kashiwa City is fragrant and delicious. The vessel used was strangely cute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金・土曜日の10時40分から13時30分の時間だけ営業の手打ちそば屋さん。前から気になっていたが、なかなか入れなかった。メニューはそばが、もり・たぬき・きつね・ちからのみ。
サイドメニューに、くずもち・そばがき・そばだんご・磯部巻きがある。そばと一緒にサイドメニューを注文するとセット料金になる。ちなみに、並もり(単品だと700円）とくずもちのセットで900円。
そばは細め・白め、そばつゆもかつお節の出汁が効いてて、うまい。くずもちも大きめ・柔らかく、いいです。
A handmade buckwheat shop operating only from 13:30 to 10:40 on Friday and Saturday. I was curious about it before, but I could not get it easily. Menu is Soba, only Raccoon · Rainbow · Kitsune · Chikara.
In the side menu, there are Kuzu-mochi · Sobagaki · Soba Dango · Isobaki. When ordering the side menu together with buckwheat it becomes a set charge. Incidentally, it is 900 yen as a clique (700 yen for single item) and a set of birds.
Soba is narrowed and whitened, soup of soba noodles is also good, soup of bonito is working. Kuzuichi is also large and soft · is good.

A shop open only on weekends in rice fields. The customer service and the bowl are wonderful. Soba was delicious.

お店は土日の昼のみの営業です。
こじんまりとしていますが、テーブル間がとても広くとってあり、清潔感もある店内でした。自然な笑顔でとても感じのいい女将さんでした。
手打ちの蕎麦は白っぽく細めです。香りはマイルドで、細めですがコシもあり喉越しもいい美味しい蕎麦でした。
つゆは濃くなく出汁がきいているタイプで、個人的にはかなり好きなタイプのつゆでした。
途中で「つゆ足りますか？」と女将さんが聞いてくれて追加させてもらいました。最後に蕎麦湯で割ってもこれまた美味しかったです。
I ordered "Morisoba (Large) 900 yen".
The shop is open only on Saturdays and Sundays at noon.
It's small, but the space between the tables is very large, and the interior is clean. She was a very nice landlady with a natural smile.
Handmade soba is whitish and thin. The scent was mild, and it was a delicious soba that was thin but chewy and had a nice throat.
The soup is not thick and has a good soup stock, and I personally like it very much.
On the way, the proprietress asked me, "Do you have enough soup?" And I added it. Finally, it was delicious even if I divided it with soba hot water.
