ひ	ひちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性の店員さんの態度が本当に悪く、びっくりしました。機種変更とプラン変更、ネットで申し込めばいいのですが私自身どれがいいか疎くて分からないから直接お店に来ました。ばかにした様な口調だったり、質問していることをはなで笑われてしまって、店員さんがいらついてるのか？こちらに伝わってきました。支払い方法や回数の希望も聞いてくれず、プランの見直しをしたいとも伝えてましたが相談出来る雰囲気でもなく。。早く帰したいのか早口で威圧感がすごかったです。店内空いていたのに。普段お店の方に対してあまり思うことはないですが、口コミをかきたくなってしまう程、嫌な気持ちになりましたし不親切だと思います。接客の仕事辞めた方がいいかと。前回が気さくな店員さんで親身になってくれた為余計に残念です。今後は遠くてもほかの店舗にいくか、解約しようかと思っています。 I was surprised that the female clerk's attitude was really bad.
