新	新島なな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、レンタルしたものを外の回収ボックスに投函したところ、延滞ハガキが届きました。期限以内であっても翌日分にされてしまうことがあるようです。たしか、返却したのが"翌午前中までに"という期限10分前くらいだったと思います。ギリギリだったので早めに回収されていたのか、ボックス内に引っかかってしまったのか、原因は分からないのですが翌日分の記録になっていたそうです。自分ではっきりと期限内に返した自覚があったので(日付、曜日、時間等)電話をして、返却期限の確認もした上で訳を話したのですが信じて貰えませんでした。店員さんに面倒くさい客だと思われたのか、延滞料を払わなくても良いですけど次回からは期限以内に返してくださいね～と嘲笑を含んだ返答をされ、悲しくなりながら電話を切りました。記録上間に合っていないのですからしょうがないのでしょうね。延滞料を払わなくて済んだだけ良かったのかもしれません。今でもこのお店にはトラウマがあり入れませんし、GEO前の道を通る度に苦い思い出が蘇ります。あくまで私だけの体験談ですが、どうしても忘れられずコメントを残させて頂きました。今まで通り快適にご利用されている方はお気になさらないでください。 Earlier, when I rented something and posted it to the collection box outside, I received an overdue postcard.
