非常にこちらの悩みを真剣に聞いていただけて大満足でした。
2〜3年前くらいに携帯買ったとき、正直あまりいい印象無かったです。
結構な塩対応で、2度目はないかなと思ってましたが、今回は急いで対応して欲しかったのもあったので、久々にお店を利用させていただきました。
スタッフさん自体はもちろんですが、雰囲気が明るくなっていて、前の印象とかなり変わっていて驚きでした。
お店を管理している会社が変わっているらしく、今後はこちらのお店を安心して利用出来ると思いました。
今後もお世話になります♪
I came to the store because my cell phone was broken.
I was very happy to hear this problem seriously.
To be honest, when I bought my cell phone a couple of years ago, I didn't have a very good impression.
I thought it would be the second time for me to deal with salt, but this time I wanted to do it in a hurry, so I used the shop for the first time in a while.
Not to mention the staff themselves, the atmosphere was bright and I was surprised that it was quite different from the previous impression.
It seems that the company that manages the store has changed, so I thought that I could use this store with confidence in the future.

13時過ぎなのに「営業時間外です」と留守電が流され為す術なく。
違う時間で予約しようとしたが一度予約入れているので再度入れられず。
遠い他の店に行くはめに。管理のできていない店。

Even though it was past 13:00, there was no way to get an answering machine saying "It's out of business hours".
I tried to make a reservation at a different time, but I made a reservation once, so I couldn't make a reservation again.
To go to another store far away. An unmanaged store.

I brought my sim free iPhone and asked for a sim card, but it was refused even though this service is announced at Softbank official website.
It is better to go to Softbank-operating shops, or quit using Softbank.
