★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ここのお店に行きましたが、対応が下の下の下の下でした。質問に対し「それは出来ません」と鼻で笑いながら返答を頂くことが多数ありました。「出来かねます」 だったら10倍は良かった、、本当に憤りを感じます。分からないから聞いているのに、と思ってしまいました。 クレームをつけた所、他の方が出てきて「申し訳ございません！」と、 その方の対応は申し分なかったのですが、最初の方に謝っていただきたいと言ったところ 「それは無理です。」と言われました。 謝ることも出来ない、店長すら出てこない最低店舗です。
どうせ裏で愚痴って、店長もろくな注意もしていないでしょ と思ってしまいます、。
買おうと思っていましたが対応が酷かったため買いません。
本当は星を1つもつけたくないです。
気分を害するだけなので行かない事をオススメします。

新機種の実機を見に行ったのですが、入り口にいた店員さんに尋ねたところ、「何それ？」的な態度。「ウチには入っていません。ディスプレイ用もありません」「入荷はわかりません」と、とりつく島もない態度で客をシャットアウト。
ちなみに翌日、川崎駅そばの店舗に行ったらディスプレイ用だけでなく販売用ありました。
同じキャリアの店舗とはとても思えませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18歳未満は保護者同伴、店頭で契約、とのことで伺いました。予約して待ち時間はなし、本体は買わずにMNPでのSIM交換のみでしたが契約完了までに1時間かかりました。特に手続きに問題があったわけではなく、通常運転なのだと思います。ひかり回線に詳しい方もいましたし、契約の説明も丁寧でわかりやすかったです。

長年使っていた楽天製スマホが一時的に使えなくなった。
電話サポートの窓口がプッシュで選択するも、適切な内容のプッシュができず困っていた。チャットサポートも解決できず、ショップで相談。
こういったサポートは、店舗の仕事ではなく、対象外だそうだが、困り果てたのを見かねて、店員さんは色々アドバイスしてくれた。
無事、サポートの電話で解決することができた。店員さんがアドバイスがなかったら解決できなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely most recommended if you wanna have the great tasty ramen ? this is one of the must place to visit and have a bowl full of ramen with various taste to your liking. They also provide rice at the end if you ask for it to mix up with the remains on the bowl of ramen. Every item taste equally good here. Try whichever from the menu, you won't regret it.
