名前も覚えてるので、近々ソフトバンクにクレームをいれようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットがいきなり使えなくなりサポートセンターも90分待でつなげなくて購入先にちょっと感情的になっていきました。コロナでみんな大変な中なのは重々で逆に本当は感謝してます。一緒に根気強くサポートセンターに対処してもらいやっと繋がりました。無事に繋がりました。マンションの共有の機械が古くなっていました。ソフバの原因ではなかったです。なので、解約せずこれからも宜しくします。コロナの最中、本当に感謝します。ご自愛ください。

解約手数料ない月とか説明しないもんなんですね！
流れ作業のように対応する店なんで、乗り換えとかするにしても絶対行かないですわ笑
