e	e jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性の方に対応して頂いて、接客態度は普通でしたが他のサービスに関する営業が（ネットとケータイはソフトバンクなので電気も勧められました）積極的で個人的にはちょっと苦手に感じてしまいました。あと、ソフトバンク光の苗字変更手続きがしたかったのですがサイトにはショップに行けと書いてあるのに店頭ではコールセンターを案内され、なぜショップでは出来ないのか十分な説明がされず案内が不親切に感じました。（こちらから理由を聞いた時にやっとたぶん申し込んだばかりだからと思いますと曖昧な回答がありました） For women, The customer service attitude was normal Sales related to other services were aggressive (since the internet and mobile phones are Softbank, electricity was also recommended), and I personally felt that I was not good at it.
