スタッフ全員がアットホームで、フレンドリーで何でも相談しやすかった。
今回、配置転換で店長以下、スタッフがほどんど変わり、言葉遣いの悪い配慮の無いメンバーにあたってしまった。

All the staff were at home, friendly and easy to talk to.

別の店舗に言ったら、出来ますよ！と。聞いてきた内容も違うらしく、信用できません。

This Softbank is often taken care of by her mother. I came to the store to listen to the internet line of my nephew's house. The female staff was kind, polite, and talked in an easy-to-understand manner, and the service was perfect.
