★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼少時代から通っているお店ですがかなり久々に来ました。
山東の水餃子が大好きな私にはまさかの嬉しさです。
水餃子は中国の黒酢で頂きますが個人にはココナッツとラー油と醤油で食べるのが大好きですが小籠包と同じで水餃子も黒酢も合うなと再確認。
エビチリやエビ料理は伊勢海老に変更可能。
伊勢海老が常にあるのも嬉しいです。
主人はお初でしたが気に入ってくれました。
また伺います。

海老好きな私はなんの迷いもなく「エビあんかけ麺」を注文しました。
大概、「海老」と名前がついていても、そこそこの大きさの海老が２つくらいしか入っていないメニューが多いけど、ぷっくりしっかりした海老が６つも♪
塩味でさっぱり、プリプリしたエビを堪能しました。
旦那と義母が注文した牡蠣あんかけ麺も大きなプリプリの牡蠣が入っていて「どうやったら牡蠣が小さくならずに調理できるんだろう」と盛り上がるくらいの牡蠣でとても美味しかったです。
１階が駐車場、お店は階段を登って2階なので足が悪い方同伴だと大変ですが、味は美味しくオススメです。

I was refreshing with saltiness, I enjoyed the pre-shrimp.
Oyster sauce noodles ordered by my husband and mother-in-law also contained oysters of big prepuri and it was very delicious with oysters that rise to the point that they can rise up "how can oysters be cooked without becoming smaller".
Since the first floor is a parking lot, the shop is climbing the stairs and it is the second floor, it is hard to accompany those with bad feet, but the taste is deliciously recommended.

前菜から点心まで一つ一つに一切の妥協もなく作られていると思います。
グランドメニューも大変美味しいのですが、黒板に書いてある季節毎のオススメが更にワクワクさせるようなお品書きばかりで何回行っても飽きません。
料理人の方が行っても勉強になるお店です。
