★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前家族からもらって美味しかったので、お世話になる方へのご挨拶の手土産にこのお店を選びました。すいていたので待つことなく注文できました。
自宅用も入れてシュークリーム10個のみの購入でしたが、「次からは予約してください」と言われました。知らなかったので、すみませんとお詫びをし、購入させてもらいました。
予約なしでシュークリーム10個は、ちょっと迷惑のようだったので気をつけた方が良いです。
あと、その日に食べた方がサクサクしていて美味しいです。冷蔵庫に入れて翌朝食べた分は皮がしっとりしていました。当日中にお召し上がりくださいと書いてあるので、守った方が良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽いスポンジに甘さ控えのバースデーケーキでした。イチゴがサンドされてもう一段イチゴのジュレがサンドされてました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいケーキ屋さんを探していてこちらを知りました。電話で急なお願いだったのにも関わらず豪華なバースデーケーキを作って下さいました。オーナー様もとても親切な方で心も温かくなるお店でした。バースデーケーキとは別に「もちっとシュー」を買いました。これは病みつきになるシューでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お洒落なケーキ屋です。味も美味しいですが、ケーキ自体は非常に小さいです。基本的に460円前後ですが本当に一口で終わるくらいの小ささなので大きさの割に値段が釣り合っていません。また、接客態度がとても冷たいです。初回来訪時は男性でしたがいらっしゃいませも言われませんでした。2回目来訪時は女性でしたが愛想が悪く接客業としてどうかなと思いました。値段と大きさまた接客態度が自分には合いませんでした。別のケーキ屋へ行こうと思います。今後は行きません。
It's a fashionable cake shop. The taste is delicious, but the cake itself is very small. It's basically around 460 yen, but it's so small that it really ends up in a bite, so the price isn't balanced for its size. Also, the customer service attitude is very cold. When I first visited, I was a man, but I wasn't told to come. When I visited for the second time, I was a woman, but I was unfriendly and thought about it as a hospitality business. The price, size and customer service did not suit me. I'm going to another cake shop. I will not go in the future.

クロッカンシュー シューもしっかりとした味が付いていて、これ一個食べただけでも満足感が高い。ドリップで淹れた薫り高いコーヒーにピッタリ。
2019年のクリスマスケーキは、こちらで注文。
オトナのクリスマスケーキって感じ。
味も繊細で上品。丁寧な仕上がりが汲み取れる。
別件だが、ホワイトデーで、ここの焼き菓子を、社内の女子社員に配ったら女子力高いと褒められました(^_-)-☆
先日、ドリプラ限定のチーズケーキを頂きました。
チーズケーキって言うより、クリームチーズムースって感じかな。
ベースは、底のクッキー生地で、ほとんどの部分が、後味すっきりな濃厚クリームチーズ。その中には甘いジャムが入っていて、これがまた相性バッチリ。
最初見たときは、一個500円かあ・・・？？って思ったけど
これ一個で、充分満足できる一品でした。
2020年のクリスマスケーキも、こちらで注文。
名前忘れちゃった…四角いチョコケーキ。
見た目も、大人のケーキ。相変わらずセンスいい。
何層にもなっており、手が込んでいる。
チョコがすごい滑らか。
オードブルやフライドチキンに負けないくらい
食べ応えもあり、ケーキの存在感が高い。
辛口のシャンパンか、淹れたて珈琲と一緒に…

比較的小ぶりでいい値段のケーキですが、外れはありません。
パティシエの店長さんは若い男性であまり口数は多くはありませんが、大体のイメージでオーダーしたケーキも非常にかわいいものを作ってくれ、家族や親せきにも評判が良かったです。

ケーキも焼き菓子も美味しい。
食べた後、口にふわっと広がる味と香りの余韻が
言葉にできないほど。
清水にはほかにも名店あるけど、
マチネは別格。
一体何が違うんだろう？
ちなみに私は東京からの移住者ですが、
もしマチネが都内にあったら、
控えめに言っても、
「開店前から長蛇の列」とか、
「完全予約販売で半年待ち」
とかのレベルだと思いますよ。
清水に引っ越してきて良かった。
また、パッケージもセンスが良く、
ギフトとしても重宝しています。
