★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only saving grace is the bath.
There was mold on the drawers, walls, bed, and other areas the day I moved in. There was blood on the bedding they gave me as well.
They somehow let a guy illegally live there for months before evicting him (nice, chill guy though).
There was never any staff besides the one woman who cleaned the showers.
Basically all of the people who lived there were nice.
I would pass/avoid this even if your company tries to have you live here.
