予約がすぐいっぱいになってしまうのが難点でキャンセル待ちで空きが出たため利用しました。急遽預けることは難しそうです。
預ける時は不安が大きかったですが、お迎えに行った時に保育者の方から丁寧な申し送りがあり、1日の様子がよく分かりました。子供のことを大切に見てくださったのが伝わりました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく予約が取れません。運良く預かってもらえれば、公園に行ったり、楽しく過ごしているようですが、一時保育は親の緊急性(用事やノイローゼ)の面もあると思うので、もう少し枠を取って利用しやすくしてほしいです。この施設が悪いのではなく、横浜市のシステムに問題があると思いますが。あと、たまに冷たい感じの保育者の方がいて、こちらが萎縮してしまうことはあります。
