限定のキツネ(蕎麦)うどんも美味しく通常置いて欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は例年通り、年越しそばで今年を締め括ろうとする人達でいっぱいでした。とても気持ちのいい従業員さん達の接客が、よかったです。お蕎麦は…流石神楽！という感じでした。今年も１年無事に元気で過ごせたことに感謝です。ご馳走さまでした。
As usual, the shop was full of people trying to conclude this year with Toshikoshi soba. It was nice to have a very pleasant customer service of the employees. Soba is ... Ryuishi Kagura! It was that kind of feeling. I am grateful that I was able to spend a year in good health this year as well. It was a feast.

あまりの味の劣化に驚きました。
お蕎麦は四角くなっており、手打ちをやめたのでしょうか？
歯ごたえ、喉ごしも悪かったです。
コシがあるというか、ただ固いだけのお蕎麦でした。
値段を考えれば家で美味しい乾麺のお蕎麦を食べた方が満足感は高いです。
何故、今の神楽さんにお客さんが入るのかがわかりません。
そこそこのお値段したので心底がっかりしました。

あれ？味が変わった？経営方針が変わると味もこんなに変わるのでしょうか？
出汁の味がボンヤリしていて、蕎麦自体も風味がしない。昔はもっとおいしかった記憶が。
天丼に乗っている人参の天ぷらは素材の甘味と衣がおいしかったです。お店の雰囲気と接客は変わらず良かったです。

お蕎麦は上品な盛りなので、女性でも大盛りは余裕かと思います。
男性ならせいろのおかわり(440円くらい)はしたくなると思います。
接客も丁寧で良いです。
2021/9/13-10/31までお休みするようです。
