★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月に伺いました。よく通る道沿いでずっと気になってたので、念願の初入店。おしゃれなお店です。天ぷらもお蕎麦も美味しかったです。つゆは好みがわかれるようですが、私も友人も好きな味でした。蕎麦湯がひとり１つ、有難いです(^^)
I visited in July. I've always been interested in the roads that I often go through, so I entered the store for the first time. It's a fashionable shop. Both the tempura and the soba were delicious. The soup seems to have different tastes, but I and my friends liked it. Thank you for each soba hot water (^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわい鳥の肉そばを頂きましたが、鳥肉と店オリジナルのそばの汁がベストマッチ。美味しかったですよ。古民家風で、田んぼのなかなので、田植えと稲刈り時期は賑やかなことと思います。追伸。メニューが少ないぶん、味がしっかりしてます。もりそばと季節毎野菜天ぷらの組み合わせ、ベストマッチです。
I had Iwai Tori no Meat Soba, but the best match is the chicken and the shop's original soba soup. It was delicious. It's like an old folk house, and it's in a rice field, so I think the rice planting and harvesting season is lively. PS. As the menu is small, the taste is solid. The best match is a combination of Mori soba and seasonal vegetable tempura.

美味しい蕎麦屋の特徴として
店がキレイであり、手間を蕎麦にかけたいからメニューがシンプルであること。
これが全部当てはまる店でした。
蕎麦は、蕎麦粉10割なのに、細く長く風味がよく喉越しも良い。
つゆも好きです。
天ぷらと辛味大根も良かった。辛味大根はもっとガツンと辛い物を使用し、蕎麦湯は食べ終わった頃にあとに出していただけると尚良い。
料理の盛り付けが美しいなと感じました。
あと蕎麦屋で天ぷら出てくるのは当然と客は思っていますが、天ぷら揚げるのと、蕎麦打つのではまるで違う料理だから、両方旨い店は凄いんです。
この店は間違いなく最高です。
