★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オリジナルチキンとビスケットが店内で食べて冷たい。チキンのケースの扉が開けっ放しだからかなあ。一関市にここしかない。残念。ケンタッキーを食べたい時に悩む。店内で食べる時位はあたたかいものを食べたい。
 The original chicken and biscuits are cold to eat in the store. I wonder if the chicken case door is left open. Only here in Ichinoseki. disappointing. I'm worried when I want to eat Kentucky. I want to eat warm food when I eat in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50周年記念で30％オフキャンペーン中でしたが、６ピースパックは該当せず残念でした。
WAON、LINE Pay、交通系の電子マネーは使えましたが、カード払いが出来ませんでした。
是非カード利用もOKにして欲しいですね。
I was in a 30% off campaign to commemorate the 50th anniversary, but I was sorry that the 6-piece pack was not applicable.
I was able to use WAON, LINE Pay, and electronic money for transportation, but I could not pay by card.
I really want you to use the card as well.

The waiting time for ordering was quite long, probably due to lack of manpower. However, the customer service was very good. I want to use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一関にはイオンスーパーセンター内にしかないので仕方ないのですが、テイクアウト利用すると食べようとした際、既にチキンが冷え冷えになっていることが多々あります。ポテトもたまに揚げてからどのくらいたったかわからないくらい油吸ってヘナヘナヒエヒエなものばかりです。できるなら改善を要求します。
Ichinoseki is only in the Aeon Supercenter, so it can't be helped, but when you try to eat it when you take out, the chicken is often already cold. The potatoes are so oily that you don't know how long it's been fried once in a while. Request improvement if possible.
