主人が、とっても感じの良い人で自分で蕎麦を打っているとの事で何となくこだわり感があふれておりました。黒い粒々が混ざった玄そばと思われ、美味しかったデス。
 It was a Zashiki soba shop in a private house.
The owner was a very nice person and he was making the buckwheat noodles himself, so there was a sense of commitment. Dess was delicious, thought to be gen soba mixed with black particles.

もぅ十割蕎麦は完売だったわ?
夫はそば千寿、私はおろしそばを注文。十割ではないけれど細みの麺には練り込まれたそば粉の香りと食べた時のコシ、食べた後の甘味が?❕ホント旨かったわ➰?✨
切干大根の炒めものと甘酢大根と漬物もついてて、蕎麦湯もトロミがあって大満足でした???今度は十割蕎麦食べにこよ?

蕎麦も美味しく、小鉢も美味しかったのですが、蕎麦の香りがそこまで感じれ無かったです。
新蕎麦の時期にまた伺います。

蕎麦の香りより変な香りがした、十割蕎麦も硬いだけで美味しいと思えるものではない。
