ま	まめぶろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度と使わないと思います。 2時間ほど話して候補物件を出してもらっている間、担当者と店長がこそこそ話していて気分が悪かったです。内見に行きたい物件が決まったので見学の話を進めているときには、何かと理由をつけて今日行っても無駄なのではないかというような話を聞かされました。・予算と合わないのではないか・今日みて即決したとしても引っ越し時期が希望の時期と異なるけど大丈夫かなど聞かれて、暗に今日契約しないなら帰ってくださいというような雰囲気。そもそも先に内見したい物件を連絡したのに、まさか内見も面倒くさがられるとは思わなかったです。また、こちらが条件提示したあとに、お店が提案した物件で良かったものをみたいと話したのですが、今までの2時間はなんだったんでしょう？内見してよければ引っ越し時期などは気にしないし、予算も別に気にならない、忙しいようなら別に行かなくていいですという話をしました。ここまでのやり取りでもう疲弊していたのですが、担当者は車の準備をしてくると言っていたので、待っていたら、店長が担当者を会議室に呼び出し、謎の待ち時間の発生。会議室から出て来たと思ったら、今日は体調が悪いという話を急に聞かされ、特に別担当者が連れて行くという提案もなかったので、内見は断り、帰りました。本当に無駄な時間を過ごしました。お身体はご自愛ください。 I don't think I'll ever use it again.
