こちらの請求に対して、あたかも間違っているかのようなバカにしたような態度で「できない」と言われ、
そんなはずはないとこちらが粘ると、後方に下がり、戻ってきた時には「できる」に変わった。
初めてする業務なのか知りませんが、終始不機嫌な表情、態度で対応をされました。
まず、否定をする前に確認をすべきだと思います。そして何よりも業務知識をつけて下さい。
あまりにも失礼な対応だったので、名指しでクレームを入れたいくらいです。
