★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滋賀銀行の口座を持っていないが現金で振り込む用事があったのでお邪魔したのですが、非常に不愉快な思いをしました。
去年までできていた団体名義での振り込みができないと言われ、なぜできないのかを確認したら時間の断りもなく数十分待たされた挙句、奥から私服の総合職っぽい社員が出てきて高圧的に「（去年その振り込みができた）エビデンス！エビデンスを示して！」と言われました。客どころか友人に対してもしない口の聞き方をされました。
（後に滋賀銀行の口座があればスムーズであったことがわかりました。去年付き合いの深い支店を利用した際には口座がなくても私の手元にあった書類と同じもので入金できたようです。）
時間があればクレームするレベルの酷さでしたが二度と滋賀銀行は利用しないと心に決めました。星ひとつもつけたくないです。利用するとしても付き合いのある地元の支店を使った方が良いですよ。

(Later, I found that it was smooth if I had an account at Shiga Bank. When I used the branch I had a close relationship with last year, it seems that I could deposit with the same documents I had even if I did not have an account is.)
It was a terrible level to complain if I had time, but I decided not to use Shiga Bank again. I don't want to add a single star. Even if you use it, it is better to use a local branch with which you have a relationship.
