2019.8.19 ATMで振込なかったので、窓口で振込手続きを行う。手数料が400円程上がったけど、致し方無し。ご丁寧な対応ありかとございました。 たたATMの器械古すぎやしませんか?昭和を感じるは言い過ぎ?なんか凄い懐かしい気分になりました。

初めての利用の感想なので、いつもはわからないが、窓口の対応はそんなに悪くはない。 上から目線の若い行員よりも、年配の人生経験豊かな女性の方が、どこの銀行も対応はいいように思う。 とにかく、空いてるのがよい。 地方のメガバンクは、法人相手がメインのため、すごく混んでてとにかく待たされるから。

ATMの台数が多いので混雑している時期でも順番くるのが早いです小田急せんかいさつか歩いてすぐなので便利です

仕事で使用しておりましたが、最低の窓口。本当は★1もつけたくないです。 何故かカードがATMで使えずしぶしぶ窓口で対応してもらってましたが、こちらの店舗で噂になっているんだかなんだか、全員面倒くさそうで嫌々対応されるし、『入金はATMでもできますよ(こっちくるなという様な言い方)』ってそんなの知らないやつ居るわけないだろ??!できないからこんな感じの悪い窓口にわざわざ行きたくもないのに行ってるんだぞ!ATM読み込めないこと伝えると、『でもこちら(窓口)のでは読み込めるので』ってだから仕方なくこっちきてんだよ……どんだけ馬鹿にすれば気が済むの?? ここのATMすごく混むのに読み込めなくてエラーでて、他の台に行きたくてもまた一番後ろに並んでってしなきゃいけないの大変だから窓口行ってんのにさぁ……1番酷かったのは両替機が使えず窓口行ってくれと言われたので窓口に行き、両替と一緒に入金もしたら、窓口の性格悪そうな女じゃないスーツ来た男性が出てきて、『こちらのカードでしたら、ATMでも入金できますので』とお決まりのセリフを言われ『いや、今日両替できないから窓口きたし、一緒にやってしまおうと思って入金もしたんですけど』と伝えたらとなりに居た窓口の女が、『え?じゃあ両替なかったらこっちこなかったってこと?』ってはぁ???ほんと何様のつもりなの???馬鹿にすんのも大概にしてほしいんだけど???!そんなに窓口業務やりたくないの???じゃあなんで窓口なんてやってんの???あんたら何のためにここにいんの???この時は流石に腹が立ったので本社にクレーム入れました。この事があってから二度と使いたくなかったので、東口の方利用しておりました。他にも三井住友銀行利用しておりますが、こんなゴミみたいな対応されたのは、ここだけです。私以外に細身の男性が行った時も何か言われたりしたそうなのですが、気の強そうな女性が変わりいった時は何も言われなかったらしいので、人(客)によって態度変えてるのかも知れないですね。

対応してくれた窓口の女性が最低だった。普通に考えたらそんな失礼なこと言わないだろと言うくらいの失礼な発言をされて、凄く不快な気持ちになった。どういう教育をしているのかと思うし、銀行員と言う前に人として有り得ない発言だったので人格を疑う。混んでいたからか、私が手続きで時間がかかっていると早くしろというのが態度に出ていて発言から態度から最悪すぎた。二度と関わりたくない。

Worst customer experience possible. It is always the same. You arrive at the bank, you get a ticket, you have 20 people waiting ahead of you. After one hour there are still 16 people ahead of you. And you finally give up. It got worst since business accounts companies located from Nakano Sakaue to Yoyogi have to go to the Shinjuku branch now (SMBC doesn't deal with company accounts in the local branches anymore). They are very good to put one staff at the entrance to say "Welcome", one staff at the ticket machine to assist you pushing a single button and one more staff at the other door to tell everyone ATMs are located at the B1F (instead of just putting a large board once and for all) but when it comes to being efficient and providing a good quality service, there is definitely nobody. I felt like I was wasting my time again today but it was kind of entertaining watching everybody being so frustrated. I took my decision and I am moving to SBI Net Bank. Cheers !

I want to give them 1 million negative stars! the worst customer service I have never experienced before! I wasted one and hr hour of my life in this bank! I just want to know a simple question how much it cost to send Yen to AUD dollar. I have been living in Japan for one and half year, I have been to different Japanese banks to make deposit or make queries this bank the whole bank from simple customer service to the duty manager are not helpful at all. If you have any question just google it, DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!!
