・もちろん全員ではないと思いますが、横柄な態度をとられる方が多いです。
・電話で予約し、必要書類など伺ったうえで訪店したのに1時間ほどかかり、結果、1か所情報がなく、記入できないからまた来てください
・往復30分かかるので郵送でもいいですか？→強い口調で、「また来てください」の一点張り。「法律の関係で郵送は対応していないので来ていただくしかない」という言い方なら仕方ないと思う気持ちはこちらにも出ますが、1か所直すだけの状態で「来てください」だけだと正直納得しがたいですね。改善していただきたいところです。
