★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な事態が発生しまして他の介護タクシー会社様に電話しましたが予約制なのでと断られました。当たり前な事でこちらが悪いんです。救急車も考えましたが、ダメもとでSPL様に事情を説明しましたら、なんと当日、時間も早く対応して頂き、感謝しかありませんでした。往復込みでもお安いですし、何よりもスタッフの方が素晴らしい。迷ってる方々にSPL様は信頼できる介護タクシー会社です。
A sudden situation occurred and I called another long-term care taxi company, but it was refused because it was a reservation system. This is a matter of course and this is bad. I thought about an ambulance, but when I explained the situation to SPL, I was thankful for the quick response on the day. It's cheap even if it includes a round trip, and the staff is better than anything else. For those who are wondering, SPL is a reliable long-term care taxi company.
