★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライバーさんは皆さん対応が素晴らしいのですが電話の対応は悪いので残念ですね。
ぶっきらぼう＆否定型の「〜ですが？」で会話を区切るなんてオペレーター失格です。
 All the drivers are great, but it's a shame because the phone isn't very good.
It is disqualified as an operator to divide the conversation with a blunt & negative type "is it?"

もちろん介護の資格だけでなく普通自動車二種免許も必要ですから、介護と運転のプロフェッショナルです。
ついでに接客をしていただけあり、話術もプロフェッショナルです。
こちらの会社は介護タクシーの他にもお墓参りやバーベキューなど、珍しいサービスがあるので人気があります。
友人だから贔屓(ひいき)する訳ではありませんが、柏はタクシーが飽和状態で余っているのに、北柏交通さんはかなり忙しく稼働しているそうです。
高齢者社会ですから便利に利用しているお客さんが多いのだと思います。
色々な面でお勧めのタクシー会社です。

運転手さんは皆さん対応がとても丁寧で、空調が暑くないか、寒くないかも気にかけてくださいますし、安心して利用できます。
裏道に詳しい方も多く、なるべく空いている道を選んで走ってくださいます。

電気のタクシーは車内がとても静か。運転手の方にも嫌な思いをさせられたことは今のところない。毎回とても助かっている。
