The staff speak English and even French! The service is unmatched and with quick turnaround time on your new skis and bindings.

After a few different trips back to the shop to try and get a tighter fit on my wife’s boots, it turns out the boots they sold her are one size too big. We tried to be resonance and pay the cost price for a second pair of boots that were the right size (on top of the price of the original pair that were full price) but Vail refused to take any responsibility for fitting my wife with the wrong size and would only offer a 10% discount. Terrible customer service and I will never be back again.

Good to go around this area to find the best items you like. There are more than 10 ski-related shops around this area.
