★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year end stayed here. A brand new serviced apartment. Everything was fresh and clean. A good stay behind Kansai Airport. The gate to Osaka!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very convenient within walking distance to the train station many last minute shopping. The outlet shops are not fantastic but there are good Japanese pharmacy shop selling at duty free prices min ¥5000 purchase in a recipe. At the hotel 2nd level lobby the convience shop sells everything you need to eat, drink or snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for the night stay if you have a flight out of kansai (KIX) Airport. In the middle of the outlet center this hotel is situated. Many airlines use this hotel as wel tot their crews. In the morning you can have breakfast with s stunning view on the bay, where you can see Osaka Kobe and the airport in the middle of the bay. Have a look at my picture of a rainbow after an early morning shower.
Breakfast is not so suitable for people with gluten-free diet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am only happy with harbor view from my room, others are normal. And unhappy about the public transportation to get there. It took a long way to go to the hotel by train(there is no bullet train to get there?) And be careful if you leave from Jr Osaka station, there are trains splitted somewhere on the way, so make sure to get on car #1~4 to Kansai airport direction.
