As part of the tax free procedure, they insist to wrap up my bags and shirt with the clear plastic bag, even everything on the bill are general items. I have tried to explain that general items need to be wrapped only if consumables are in the same receipt. The sales assistant didn’t seem to understand due to their bad English, they didn’t even want to try to help. What a shame for Japanese standard. So if you plan to wear those clothes immediately at the same time don’t want to pay the tax, you should be extra careful. Or don’t buy here!
M	Mag Ficient on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supermarket is opened 24 hours.It is just a road across Kansai Washington hotel.It has a big range of goods ranging from clothes, cosmetics and household and etc. After paying at the counter, you would have to go to the customer service counter to get the sales tax refund. But,sometimes, the waiting time is rather long here as there seems to be many procedures involved. Anyway,this place offers a last minute shopping.Just make sure that your luggage still has more space to pack all the things that you had bought!

If you want to pay by card you need to go to the customer service desk who can also do your purchase duty free if you spend more than ¥5000 and this excludes grocery (food and beverages) items which are cash only and can be purchased at any check out. If you don't bring your own bag you'll need to pay for what you need and once purchase is made you move to the next table to pack/bag everything before leaving. The ATM accepts foreign cards but only during your country's banking hours! Great slection of home and pharmacy items ??

We really enjoyed spending time walking down each aisle and looking at all the things that you can only get in Japan. It was a great place for that last night shop before you fly out. Loads of beauty items and snacks. Good prices that were a little lower than main cities. Uses automated pay system and also has tax free shopping.

It has food and snack sections, housing, toiletries, clothing, bakery etc etc. Great for last min shopping just before heading to the airport. Do note however that food items must be paid in cash and is not tax exempted. That includes all the snacks noodles and all. I wanted to use my card to pay but ended up only being able to pay for a few non food items.
