★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言が解け、平日は予約制ではなくなったとホームページで見たので寄ってみました。
買いたいものはほぼ決まっていましたが何点か確認したい事があって出向いたのですが、明らかに予約客が来るから対応したくありません的な態度をとられました。
このご時世、予約無しで伺ったのは申し訳ないけれど気分は良くはありませんでした。
 I saw on the homepage that the state of emergency was resolved and the reservation system was no longer required on weekdays, so I stopped by.
I had almost decided what I wanted to buy, but I went out because I wanted to confirm some points, but apparently there were reservation customers, so I took an attitude that I did not want to respond.
I'm sorry to have visited you without a reservation at this time, but I didn't feel well.

コンサルタントの方の知識が豊富で、こちらの要望を良く聞き、提案をいくつもいただき、とても満足して過ごせました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約をして行きました。自分に一番合うシモンズベッドを探してくれると言う事だったので楽しみにしてましたが、対応最悪でした。何と言うんですかね、あの作業のような接客早く帰れ感。一流ベッドブランドが聞いて呆れました。
今回の人に当たったのが運悪く、他のスタッフは素晴らしいはず、と考えることにします。
I made a reservation. I was looking forward to finding the Simmons bed that suits me best, but it was the worst response. What do you say, the feeling of returning quickly to the customer service like that work. I was surprised to hear the first-class bed brand.
I'm unlucky to hit this person and I think the other staff should be great.

店内は広くとても良い感じです。
丁度店内に一組しかおられなかったので密にもならないことから快く迎えて頂き 寝具の具合を確める時に使用する使い捨ての不織布も提供して頂いてゆっくり見ることが出来ました。
途中ほんとに丁度良い具合で様子をうかがってくださり気になる事や疑問点に答えてくださってほんとに素晴らしいスタッフさん達で最後まで気持ちよく対応していただきました。本当に有難うございます。
今日は下見なのだけど見積もりを貰って良いか尋ねたら『長く使う物ですし良く考えるのは良いことですよ』（みたいなことをもっと素敵に言って頂いたが失念した）と言っていただいてその日１日とてもいい気分で過ごせました。次週にもう一度伺って購入する予定です。

親切に対応してくれる。
予約制なので、他にはお客が一組しかいなかった。
実際色々なタイプのベッドに寝てみて
決められる。
私の場合は寝てみて一番気持ちいいこれだと思えるベッドをすぐ見つけることが出来た。
もし見つけられなくても、どういうベッドが合うか測定してもらえるようだ。

シモンズファンなら絶対に行かないと損!
ベッドのフレームからマットの種類のラインナップが半端ない!スタッフも親切で素晴らしい方ばかり。
お金も300万あれば、最高グレードので寝具全て欲しくなります。本当品がいいので、高いと感じなくなってきます。これもシモンズマジック!シモンズファンなら納得の品質だと思い買ってしまうと思います。是非是非見るだけでも行く価値あります。

The lineup of mat types from the bed frame is incomplete! The staff are kind and wonderful.
If you have 3 million money, you will want all the bedding because it is the highest grade. The real product is good, so I don't feel it is expensive. This is also Simmons Magic! If you are a Simmons fan, you will probably buy it because you are satisfied with the quality. It is definitely worth visiting just to see it.
