中	中和 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コップがピカピカでした。お店はきれいに磨かれてました。ラーメンも美しかったです。麺は黄色くて、普通の中太ストレートの多加水麺でした。通りから少し入った住宅地にあり、通り過ぎてしまいそうです。シンボルカラーは黄色と黒。まてよ、阪神ファン？秀龍さんのタンタン麺大盛を食べてきました。麺は菅野製麺所の中太縮れ麺です。黄色くって表面がつるつるです。上に挽肉みそともやしがのっかっています。ザーサイの微塵切りみたいなものも入っています。スープは胡麻ベースのコクあるタイプ。適度な辛み、強めの塩味の中、胡麻の旨みが際立ちます。そして山椒の粉がシャリシャリと美味しい。 The cup was shiny.
