M	M Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕顔ラーメン会と呼ばれる会に所属されている、中華料理屋さんです。来店時は、ご主人がお一人で調理・配膳等されていました。お昼時だった為、来店客も多く、「一人でやってるので、お時間かかります」と声掛けされましたが、手際が良いのか、待たされた感はありませんでした。(実際の待ち時間、10分程度でした。) 外の看板に出ていた辛しニラそばと、担々麺、栃木らしいポテト入り焼きそばをいただきました。辛しニラそばは、食感を残した細かく刻んだニラがたっぷり入っています。「夕顔ラーメン」と言われる麺は、かんぴょうが練り込まれ、弾力のある独特の食感です。お店は、地元で常連と思われる方が多いようで、アットホームな雰囲気です。常連さんは、ご主人とおしゃべりも楽しみにいらっしゃっているようです。 It is a Chinese restaurant belonging to a party called Yuukan Ramenkai. Because it was lunchtime, there were many visitors and I was told, "I'm doing it alone, it takes time," but I wasn't afraid of being skillful or waiting. (The actual waiting time was about 10 minutes.) We had spicy leek soba that appeared on the outside signboard, Dandan noodles, fried noodles with potato-like potatoes. Spicy leek soba has plenty of finely chopped leek that retains its texture. The noodles called “Yukao Ramen” are kneaded with kampo and have a unique elastic texture. Many shops seem to be regulars in the local area, and it has a cozy atmosphere. He seems to be enjoying chatting with his husband.
