★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島電鉄白島線の駅。合同庁舎、高等裁判所、広島城などに近く、名前にもなっている縮景園へは歩いて数分で至る。都会のオアシス縮景園は国の名勝、日本の歴史公園100選なんだな。1620年、広島藩浅野氏初代藩主である浅野長晟が命じて作らせた藩主の別邸（大名庭園）が起源なんだな。原爆で荒廃するも、1970年代までに再建されたんだな。縮景とは、各地の景勝を聚め縮めて表したことを意味するともいわれる。まあ、一度来てみんさい。
