k	kazu K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 延喜式神名帳に記載される式内小社。社伝によれば、第29代欽明天皇（在位：540年-571年）の御宇、創祀された。創建時に伝わっている話として村人が、成長する石を発見、その石は4-5尺あまりの大きさとなり、光を放ったという。そこへ老翁が出現し、「吾は大山祇神」と名乗って消失、村人は、この石を神と崇め、石の上に祠を建てて祀つり、現在ではこの御神石の上に社殿が建てられています、又石の成長は今も続いているといわれています。お社は小さいながら、何か大きな存在感がします。拝殿の脇の小さな山に登ると祠が所々にあります。 A small shrine in the ceremony listed in the Enki-shiki Shinmeicho. 福	福地修 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉾田にある、創建不詳ながら歴史ある延喜式内社です。小高い丘の上に祀ってある小さな神社です。祭神は大山祇神。社殿によると里人が拾った石が成長し続けるので神力がやどるとして、その上に社殿を作り祀ったんだとか。今でも社殿下にあり、まだ成長してるのかな✨。ここ主石神社を参詣して、これで常陸国にある延喜式内社二十八社を参詣できました。御利益あれ〜?。 It is an Enki-shiki in-house company in Houda, whose founding is unknown but has a long history.
