丁寧な接客も好感が持てます。他の店舗に行くより、銀座三越のシュウへ伺います。
He suggested eye shadows according to the color I have.
Polite customer service is also good. Rather than going to other stores, I will visit Shu in Ginza Mitsukoshi.

アイブロウを使ったことがなかった為、不安だったのですが店員さんが誠実に対応して下さりとても気持ちの良い買い物ができました。
またこちらの店舗に足を運びたいと思える接客でした。
I bought Eyebrow for the first time at this store.
I was worried because I had never used eyebrow, but the clerk responded in good faith and I was able to shop very comfortably.
It was a customer service that made me want to visit this store again.

Shu Uemura is the best cleansing oil. Christmas coffret is also cute every year, and I have purchased Pikachu, One Piece, Hello Kitty for 3 consecutive years.

親切といえば親切なのですが、一定の金額以上でノベルティが貰えるキャンペーンを、お断りしているにも拘らずこれでもか、これでもかと勧めて来られたのには参りました。またある時は購入予定だった色の品物（限定品）が完売していた際、別に求めてもいない他の色を「あと数本しかありません！」と強く勧められたりと、正直辟易してしまいましたので、この人に当たらないようにしています・・・
I think that all the staff are polite and kind compared to other stores, but there seems to be one person who is very forcible or pushy.
Kindness is kind, but I've come to recommend that even though I refused the campaign to get novelty for a certain amount of money or more. Also, at one point, when the item (limited item) of the color I was planning to purchase was sold out, I was strongly advised that I had only a few more colors that I hadn't asked for, and I was honestly annoyed. I've done it, so I'm trying not to hit this person ...
