実習生というプレートをつけた方が対応してくれました、日本人ではなかったですが、とても丁寧な接客と上手な日本語で説明してくれました、笑顔もとても良くて、ここで買い物してよかったと思いました。
I visited Chanel in Ginza Mitsukoshi for the first time to buy a birthday present for my senior.
The person who put on the plate called an apprentice responded, I was not Japanese, but he explained with very polite customer service and good Japanese, the smile was also very good, shopping here I'm glad I did it.

お客様にプレゼントを買ってもらいに行ったが、メンバーズカードの名前をでかでかと言われた。
銀座なのだし、安価な物を扱ってるわけでもないわけだし信頼していただけに残念でした。
とても不快な思いをした。
