魔境のような場所が原谷。
その原谷でも最奥にある高級飲食店が
京料理・本家生ゆば料理 松山閣 松山 本店。
原谷には２つのコンビニと
数えるほどの飲食店があるのみで
京料理・本家生ゆば料理 松山閣 松山本店さんの
立ち位置がとても重要というか
もっともっと知られても良いと思っている。
原谷という場所の強みは
京都という日本を代表とする観光地でも
「隠れ家」的な距離が取れることであり
京都市内を麓・外界として見ることができる
距離感だと思う。
個人的には京料理・本家生ゆば料理 松山閣 松山本店で
宿泊できるならば
ますます原谷の価値が高まるというか
麓の賑やかさと距離が取れて
例えば小説家や作家が執筆に集中できたりするかも
なんて思うのだけれど、流石に望み過ぎだろうか。
