★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野菜中心の出汁がベースの為、今風の濃いめな味が好きな方には物足りないでしょう。
昔ながらの白河ラーメン的な麺の太さ、食感が好みであればはまるかも。
味噌味もニンニクともやしがインパクトある一杯で、あっさりですが大好きです。
お母さん一人のおみせなので、時間に余裕をもった方が良いくらいです。
 It's based on vegetable-based soup, so it's not enough for those who like the rich, modern taste.
If you like the thickness and texture of old-fashioned Shirakawa ramen noodles, you may be satisfied.
The miso and garlic and sprouts are full of impact, and I love it, although it is light.
It's a mom's show, so it's better to have time to spare.

麺量は少なめかな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みそラーメンを頂きました。もやしとニンニクのみで超シンプル。味噌があっさり目だからか、ニンニクの味が目立ちすぎな感じでした。
I had miso ramen. Super simple with only bean sprouts and garlic. Perhaps because the miso was light, the taste of garlic was too noticeable.

麺は太縮れ麺で表面に凹凸があり、スープが良く絡み美味しいです。ただ、そのスープがぬるかったことが残念…ワンタンの餡にニンニクが入っていたように思います。
I had wonton noodles.
The noodles are thick curly noodles with uneven surface, and the soup is well entwined and delicious. However, it's a pity that the soup was lukewarm ... I think there was garlic in the bean paste of wonton.
