s	suko on on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソースカツ丼。さらっと系の甘ったるくないソースがたっぷりかかっていて、ご飯が進みます。お肉は肉厚、柔らか、歯切れよし。ヒレにせずとも十分なさっぱりさ。ソースとのバランスがばっちり。カツ重はカツ丼より多め。定食はもっとガッツリ。隣の人の盛りを見ておののきました。駐車場はお店の5mほど駅側にあります。 Sauce cutlet bowl. The cutlet weight is heavier than the cutlet bowl. The set meal is more tight. I was surprised to see the prime of the next person. The parking lot is about 5m from the shop on the station side.

T	TTT III on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏の長野旅行にて訪問。屋号のとおり、どこか昭和の雰囲気がある店構え。お昼時だったため少し混んでおり、15分ほど店外で待った。店内も良い意味で雑多な感じが、どこか懐かしさを覚える。鶏かつ重も魅力的だったが、ここはお勧めにあった〝かつ重〟をオーダー。 25分ほどしてお料理到着、腹減ったよ。。。お重にはあふれたキャベツの上に分厚いカツが乗っている。丼としての〝ヴォリューム〟は男性なら少し物足りないかも。香ばしいソースの香りが、否応なしに食欲を掻き立てる。まずはサラダを完食してからカツを食う。脂身からジュワっとうまみが染み出る。少し甘めのソースは、カツとよく合って旨い。個人的にはお代わりで鶏カツが食いたかった。ご馳走様。 Visited on a summer trip to Nagano.
