鉄	鉄道王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄荒畑駅から歩いて２分ほどの場所にある焼肉店「はがね」、週末の夜に利用してみました。店内はテーブル２卓とお座敷３卓の席数、１７時少し過ぎくらいに入りましたがほかにお客さんは２組でした。メニューはカルビ、ロース、ハラミ、タン、ホルモンなど定番のお肉が並んでいて基本は牛肉オンリーといった感じですね。ビビンバやテールクッパ、キムチなどのサイドメニューもありますがそれほど種類は多くないです。値段はカルビやロース、塩タンで９８０円、上カルビや上ロースで１５８０円といった価格帯です。いただいたのは塩タンに上カルビ、上ホルモン脂付など。上カルビは厚切りのカットなのでしっかりとした食べ応えがあり、ものすごく柔らかくて口にするとジューシーでどっしりした脂が口の中に広がります。ホルモンもぷりぷりの甘い脂がたっぷり付いていて焼いても縮むことなどまったくなくぷりぷりのままで美味しいです。追加でサーロインの焼きすきも注文、薄切りながらもしっかりと大判のサーロイン、焼き過ぎないように注意して炙っていただきました。卵を溶いた甘めのタレとの相性も抜群です。食べやすいようにカットされていましたが、大きなままのお肉を口いっぱいに頬張るのもまた楽しそうなのでカットは自分でできるようにハサミと一緒に出してくれるとうれしいかもですね。お肉は珍しい部位などはあまりなくシンプルな感じですがどれもなかなかの質でしたね。全体的に満足させていただきました、ごちそうさまでした。 I tried using the yakiniku restaurant "Steel", which is about a 2-minute walk from Arahata Subway Station, on weekend nights. The upper ribs are cut into thick slices, so they have a firm response to eating, and when you eat them, they are extremely soft and juicy and heavy fat spreads in your mouth. It has plenty of sweet fat with plenty of hormones, and it does not shrink even when baked, and it is delicious as it is. I also ordered an additional grilled sirloin, and even though it was sliced, it was a large-sized sirloin, and I was careful not to overcook it. It goes well with the sweet sauce that melts the egg. It was cut so that it was easy to eat, but it would be fun to fill your mouth with the large meat, so it would be nice if you could cut it with scissors so that you could do it yourself. The meat is simple with few unusual parts, but all of them were of very good quality. I was totally satisfied, thank you for your feast.
