平	平岡めめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身内の発達外来に付き添いました。診察はとても丁寧です。先生はとても丁寧に時間をかけて話を聞いてくださいます。スタッフさんからも不快な思いを受けることは今のところありません。しかしながら、発達障害外来の初診予約時の電話オペレーターの態度はあまり気持ちの良いものではありません。オペレーターの方にもよるのでしょうが・・・。これから発達障害外来へ予約電話をしようとお考えの方は冷たい態度を取られるかもとご理解のうえでお電話なさった方が、心のダメージが少ないと思います。膨大な件数の予約電話が殺到しているため、どうしても機械的な応対になってしまうのは理解できますが、電話をかけてくる人は困っている人、場合によっては精神的に負担があり弱っている人たちですので、もう少し優しい対応を希望します。 I attended a developmental outpatient department of my relatives. 7	71度 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スクリーニング。病院前に到着すると1枚目写真の案内が見えるがこれに従わない。もう少し歩き2枚目写真の中央棟から入り検温して証明書を貰う。その後入院棟の研究所へ行き、30分くらいの短めな説明会。担当医の先生、受付・コーディネータの方も丁寧。申込みが遅く15人中11番だったが2時間弱で終了。サクサク進むし大きいテーブル席なので待機も書類記入も楽。 2回目のCT検査では集合から解散まで50分で終わるほど早い。負担費はわざわざピンで用意して手渡ししてくれる。 screening.
