*	*ぷりん* on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎月予約で行ってるが、基本予約時間通りには呼ばれない。特に婦人科は予約時間から何時間も待たされることが多い。そして大抵自分は3分診療。精神科の事務は仕事が遅いし、いくら説明しても日本語の通じない人がいるので、会計は総合外来まで行ったほうが早い。書類係は対応最悪。書類のことで質問したら「うちじゃないです」の一言で終了。『ここじゃないならどこに聞けばいいか分からないので教えて下さい』とこちらが聞かないと答えないという使えなさ。外来の看護師さんは感じの悪い方がたまにいるが、病棟の看護師さんは優しい方が多かったです。どの科も先生に特に不満はないが、どこのブロック受付も感じが悪い。ブロック受付の人に目の前にいるのに「この人」呼びをされたり。 1度耐えられない位あまりにも態度が悪かったので事務の偉い方にクレームを入れたら、「ブロック受付は派遣なので派遣会社に指導するよう伝えます」と言われた…。派遣とか正職員とか患者には関係ないんですけどと言いたかったが、言うだけ無駄なのでやめておきました。 I make a reservation every month, but it is not called on time for the basic reservation. た	たけはぷ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 形成外科でお世話になってます。大怪我をしてしまい、このコロナ禍でも随分な無理をお願いしましたが、入院など尽力してくださりました。退院後に外来で通院しております。先生の治療は本当に的確で、通う度に良くなっております。ありがとうございます。この怪我でこんなに早く復帰できると思わなかったので感謝しております。病院は広くて清潔で、形成外科しか経験ありませんが予約しておけばそんなに待ち時間もないです。土曜日だから混むかな？と思っていましたが、予定通りの予約時間に診察してくださりました。駅からも歩いてこれて便利です。ただ、書類提出までが長い…！受付して50分ほど毎回待ち時間があります。事前の案内もないので、何か不備があると待っても骨折り損です(1度経験しました?)そして、書類が出来上がるまでも長いです? この部分は先生方ではなく事務手続きの問題なので、勿体ないと思います。傷病手当をもらうのに3ヶ月ほどかかると聞いてちょっと困ってます…? 予約変更の電話もなかなか繋がらないという。治療はいいのに…ということで星4つ。これからもお世話になりますが、ここは改善してくださると有難いです。 I am indebted to you in plastic surgery.
