★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 口座開設の際に見本をいただきましたが、その見本が手書きでしかも字が汚い。。一金融機関としてもう少し綺麗なものをご準備いただきたい。
2.小学校の口座引き落としで作らざるを得なかったのですが、銀行も支店も指定なのに手数料を取られるとのこと。。給食費などは都銀でいいのに、なぜPTA費とかのみここの銀行指定なのかがわからない。
3.銀行自体は綺麗で人も少ないが、口座開設に時間を要するのに書類のチェックが完璧でなくなんどもやりとりをさせられた。ダブルチェックしているはずなのに不思議でならない
