★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガソリン安いけど、洗車機古い。以前、洗車して雑巾借りて、返す場所間違えたら、男性店員に＜そこじゃないから～?＞って睨まれた。ここの店員は敬語も使えないみたいです。あれから一度も行っていません。ガソリン自分で入れるから、余計なことしなくていいわ。
店員教育してくださいな。
Gasoline is cheap, but the car washer is old. In the past, if you picked a car, borrowed a rag, and put it back in the wrong place, a male clerk told me that it was n’t there. The clerk here doesn't seem to be able to use honorifics. I have never been there. You don't have to do anything extra because you can use gasoline yourself.
Please educate the store clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末から今まで居なかった身長小さめの小太りのおじさんはとても態度が悪く、今までとてもいい接客してもらってたのにこの人のせいで台無しです。こちらが「お世話様でした」と声をかけても無視。更にありがとうございましたの一言もありません。この前はたまたまかと思ったけど、今日も同じように感じ悪くて、もう別のところにしようかクレーム言うか迷い中です。この人がいる限り行きたくないしクルマも触って欲しくありません。
追記
先日行くともう態度の悪い店員はいなくなっていました。よかった！
代わりになのかとても感じのいいショートカットの女の方がいて対応良かったです！
The small, fat uncle who hasn't been there since the end of the year has a very bad attitude, and even though he has had a very good customer service, he's ruining it. Ignore this even if you say "Thank you for your help". There is no word of thanks. I thought it happened the other day, but I feel the same today, and I'm wondering if I should make a complaint about another place.
